Registration

To register for the SBR/XBRL International Conference, please register on-line by clicking on the Register button below. Persons intending to participate in the Conference must register. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your online form.

Registration Fee (per delegate)

$600 GST inclusive

Entitlements

The following entitlements are included for each conference registration:

• Entry to all conference sessions and trade exhibition
• Conference materials
• Welcome coffee, morning/afternoon teas and lunch for both conference days
• Cocktail Function at the end of on Day 1
• Password permitted access to all conference papers to be posted on this site after the conference.

Payment of Fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.

Within Australia

Payment may be made by personal cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by Tour Hosts Pty Limited. Cheques should be made payable to the SBR/XBRL International Conference Managers.

International

Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the short timeframe leading up to the conference, and the demand for places, no refunds will be permitted.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located on Level 5 of the Hilton Brisbane and will be operating as follows:

Monday 26 November 2007 1600 - 1800
Tuesday 27 November 2007 0800 - 1800
Wednesday 28 November 2007 0815 - 1700

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the conduct of the Conference will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988. Treasury and the Conference Manager are required to comply with the relevant privacy principles applying under that legislation and which are designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will only be used for the purposes of planning and conducting the Conference. It is also usual to produce a 'Delegate List' of attendees at the Conference and to include the individual’s name, business name and State in such a list. If you wish to be included on the Delegate List you can indicate this when you register.
